Customer Guidelines Before Booking

Correct Classification: Identify whether your items are hazardous and under which DG Class and UN number they fall.
Declaration: All dangerous goods must be declared with complete DG documentation including Shipper's Declaration, UN number, hazard class, packing group, and emergency contacts.
Proper Packaging: Use IATA-approved packaging materials and methods appropriate for the substance and quantity.
Restrictions Awareness: Some items require airline/operator approval or are accepted only on Cargo Aircraft Only (CAO) flights.
Consult Before Booking: Contact us if you are unsure whether your item can be shipped. Do not send undeclared hazardous materials.
Why These Restrictions Exist: The IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations set global standards for the safe carriage of hazardous materials by air. The 67th edition incorporates amendments to classification, packaging, documentation, and safety protocols including specific guidance on batteries, hybrids, aerosols, and other emerging cargo categories.
